Hi! I’m Abby. I help women break through self-doubt, make empowered decisions, and step fully into authentic, fulfilling lives.
I am:
Mom of 2 humans and 1 dog. Wife. Sister. Daughter. Friend. Runner. Peloton’er. Bicycle Lover. Creek Peeker. Ex-Consumer Researcher, CX Consultant & Advertising Strategist. Enneagram 6. INFJ. Taurus. Oh, and… Coach.
More specifically, I am a Co-Active Trained Coach, currently pursuing Certification to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). This training & rigor matters to me, because integrity matters to me, and this training allows me to show up for my clients in the best way I can.
My blend of life experience & coaching expertise has me uniquely positioned to work with independent clients, as well as individuals and groups within organizations.
About me
Who you might be
No matter where you are in your life, we all have stuff we’re trying to figure out and decisions we’re doing our best to make. Going at it alone can sometimes lead to indecision and analysis paralysis, holding us back from our wants, dreams and—sometimes even—our needs.
My role as your coach is to help you find peace in the now, while empowering you to make the big & small actions that propel you into being the truest version of you (!). I coach all sorts of people, but my “sweet sauce” is women in their 20s/30s who are feeling overwhelmed as they face big decisions, transition into a new phase of life, seek “balance” amidst the craziness of life, and as they aspire be at the helm of their own ship.
My coaching is for you if:
You are seeking clarity on what’s next
You want to get out of analysis paralysis mode and into action mode
You are debating whether or not to quit your job and explore something new
You are a SAHM contemplating re-entering the workforce
You’re wondering whether or not to have another kid / grow your family
You have dreams, but you’re not sure how to pursue them
You sometimes struggle to “listen to your gut”
You’ve been feeling stagnant “blah” and want to squeeze a little more out of life
You’re grappling with what feels like competing identities in motherhood and career
